Content Generator
Generate AI-optimised articles and publish them directly to your CMS with a single click.
Overview
The Content Generator creates full-length, structured articles designed to be cited by AI engines. Each generated article follows the content patterns that AI engines favour — clear headings, FAQ sections, direct answer paragraphs, and rich structured data — then lets you refine the output in a built-in editor before publishing to your CMS.
Creating an Article
- Click New Article from the Content Generator page.
- Enter a topic or title — or pick one from your Opportunities list (articles generated from Opportunities are pre-seeded with context from your prompt data).
- Select an AI engine target (optional) — this biases the article structure toward the citation patterns preferred by that engine.
- Configure options:
- Tone — pulled from your Brand Kit if configured, or set per-article (Professional, Conversational, Technical)
- Length — Short (~600 words), Medium (~1 200 words), Long (~2 000+ words)
- Include FAQ section — adds a
FAQPage-schema-ready Q&A block at the end - Include structured data — auto-generates
Articleand (if applicable)FAQPageJSON-LD
- Click Generate.
Generation takes 15–40 seconds depending on length. The article opens in the editor when complete.
Editor
The built-in editor (powered by TipTap) gives you a rich text environment to review and refine the generated article before publishing. You can:
- Edit, add, or remove any section
- Reformat headings, lists, and tables
- Insert images (hosted externally — paste a URL)
- Preview the raw Markdown or HTML output
- View the structured data that will be embedded on publish
The editor auto-saves your changes.
Publishing
With a CMS Connector configured, click Publish to send the article directly to your connected CMS:
- WordPress — creates a new draft post (or updates an existing one by URL). You can set the post category, tags, author, and featured image URL before publishing.
- Webflow — publishes to the selected collection as a draft item. Map article fields to your Webflow CMS schema in the Connectors settings.
If no CMS Connector is configured, you can export the article as Markdown, HTML, or a JSON payload for manual publishing.
