Billing
Manage your subscription, payment methods, and billing history.
Overview
All billing for Citatra Cloud is handled through Lemon Squeezy. You can manage every aspect of your subscription — from updating payment methods to downloading invoices — without leaving the Citatra dashboard.
Subscription Management
From the Billing page, you can view:
- Your current plan and feature entitlements
- The next billing date and upcoming payment amount
- Options to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription
All plan changes take effect immediately with prorated billing adjustments.
Payment Methods
Citatra accepts the following payment methods through Lemon Squeezy:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more)
- PayPal
To update your payment method, click Manage Billing to open the Lemon Squeezy customer portal where you can add, remove, or change your payment details.
Invoices & Receipts
Invoices are generated for every payment and are available for download at any time. Each invoice includes:
- Invoice date and billing period
- Payment amount
- Plan details
- Applicable taxes
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
- After the period ends, your workspace reverts to the Free plan
- No data is deleted — your prompts, history, and settings are preserved
Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you're entitled to a refund, contact support within 14 days of the charge. Include your workspace name and the reason for your request.
