Billing

Manage your subscription, payment methods, and billing history.

Overview

All billing for Citatra Cloud is handled through Lemon Squeezy. You can manage every aspect of your subscription — from updating payment methods to downloading invoices — without leaving the Citatra dashboard.

Subscription Management

From the Billing page, you can view:

  • Your current plan and feature entitlements
  • The next billing date and upcoming payment amount
  • Options to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription

All plan changes take effect immediately with prorated billing adjustments.

Payment Methods

Citatra accepts the following payment methods through Lemon Squeezy:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more)
  • PayPal

To update your payment method, click Manage Billing to open the Lemon Squeezy customer portal where you can add, remove, or change your payment details.

Invoices & Receipts

Invoices are generated for every payment and are available for download at any time. Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice date and billing period
  • Payment amount
  • Plan details
  • Applicable taxes

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • After the period ends, your workspace reverts to the Free plan
  • No data is deleted — your prompts, history, and settings are preserved

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you're entitled to a refund, contact support within 14 days of the charge. Include your workspace name and the reason for your request.

💡 Tip

Download your invoices regularly for accounting purposes. They're available in PDF format from the billing portal.
