Settings
Configure your workspace preferences, notifications, and data management options.
Overview
The Settings page is where you configure workspace metadata, notification rules, and data management. Most settings are available to Owners and Admins only. API key management and connector setup each have their own dedicated pages.
General Settings
- Workspace name — the display name shown in the sidebar and workspace switcher
- Tracked domain — the primary domain Citatra monitors across all prompts and audits
- Default search location — the geographic region used for new prompt tracking
- Default language — the language used when querying AI engines
Notifications
Configure how and when you receive alerts:
Email Notifications
- New tracking results available
- Significant visibility changes (gains or drops)
- Weekly digest summary
In-App Notifications
- Competitor alerts when new domains appear alongside your brand
- Prompt volume alerts for tracked terms
- Opportunity updates
Data Management
- Export — download your workspace data in JSON or CSV format for backup or analysis
- Clear history — remove historical tracking data while keeping your prompt and competitor configuration
- Delete workspace — permanently remove the workspace and all associated data (Owner only)
Danger Zone
Workspace deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All prompts, tracking history, competitors, team memberships, and connector configurations will be removed. Export your data before proceeding.
💡 Tip
Set up notification preferences early so you're alerted to significant visibility changes without needing to check the dashboard daily.
